GONG GUARD · OUR OWN SOFTWARE
A patrol is on record the moment it is scanned.
GONG Guard is the security patrol and site management system developed by GONG Global. The guard scans paper QR labels posted at checkpoints with an Android phone. Supervisors and managers follow patrols, incidents and emergency calls from the GONG Komuta app and the web panel. No extra hardware such as beacons, handheld terminals or card readers is needed.
GNG Security's new sites are run with GONG Guard.
GONG Guard is one system: the guard app, the manager app GONG Komuta and the web panel work with the same accounts and the same data. Clients see proof that the patrol really happened; reports are delivered as PDF, Excel and Word.

Patrol with QR Labels
Paper QR labels at checkpoints are scanned with the phone; the location at the moment of the scan is stored and compared with the checkpoint's location.
Located Clock-in & Shift Schedule
Clock-in and clock-out are recorded with location; the shift schedule is set in the panel and guards see their own schedule in the app.
Evidence-backed Incident Reports
Incident reports with photo, video and audio; the supervisor takes over, adds notes and closes the incident.
Emergency Call (SOS)
A one-tap emergency call reaches supervisors; emergency SMS is sent from the phone's own line.
Works Offline
If the connection drops, records queue on the phone and are sent once it is back.
Web Panel & Reports
Sites, checkpoints and QR label printing are managed in the panel; reports come as PDF, Excel and Word.
GONG Guard is developed by GONG Global (Ankara); it runs on GNG Security sites and is also offered to corporate clients. The apps are Android-only and are installed directly from the download page.
